Put in a large bowl (It will almost double in size, so make sure it is big enough)
1 cup---Water (warm)
2 tsp. ---Yeast (dry)
2 Tbsp.---Sugar
1/2 tsp.---Salt
1 Tbsp.---Vegitable Oil
MIX then ADD
2 cups---Flour
MIX then put in fridge for one hour, if you don't think it has risen enough, put it back in)
In a different bowl mix...

Divide dough into eight equal pieces and full with whichever filling you chose.
Pinch the dough together at the bottom so that all of the filling will stay inside the dough
fry on a pan with vegetable oil.
Cook one side until it is brow, then turn it over and squish it so that it looks like a pancake.
Take it off when it is golden brown on each side and eat it :).
Hoddeok is a Korean (also in South Korea) pancake sold hot on the streets. It is usually filled with brown sugar and nuts, but some people like to put cheese and other things inside theirs.
